Summary of unconventional aircraft concepts
Nečas, David ; Šošovička, Róbert (referee) ; Lajza, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with civil aircrafts of unconventional conceptions, which got into serial production. The thesis will be divided according to categories of aircrafts, whereas in every category with the exception of large transport aircrafts one conventional and two unconventional aircrafts will be specified for comparing various properties. Military aircraft will be mentioned only marginally because of the representative of significant unconventional conception.
Modification of EV-55 aircraft in the category CS/FAR 23 Commuter
Gabrlík, Jan ; Jebáček, Ivo (referee) ; Píštěk, Antonín (advisor)
This thesis deal with extended EV-55 version concept according to CS/FAR- 23 Commuter category specifications. Thesis objectives are design weights determination, mass analysis, calculation of aeroplane performances and comparison of aeroplane performances with current aeroplane.
Modification of EV-55 aircraft in the category CS/FAR 23 Commuter
Gabrlík, Jan ; Vaněk, František (referee) ; Zablatzký, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deal with extended EV-55 version concept according to CS/FAR- 23 Commuter category specifications. Thesis objectives are design weights determination, mass analysis, calculation of aeroplane performances and comparison of aeroplane performances with current aeroplane.
The design of a twin-engined airplane in the commuter category according to CS-23 regulation
Dula, Jan ; Jebáček, Ivo (referee) ; Vaněk, František (advisor)
This work's objective is to create a type design of a new commuter class airplane according to CS-23 certification specifications. The design will take under account the EV-55 design to reduce the number of new parts and subassemblies. Part of this thesis are mass balance of the new design, basic airplane dimensions and fuselage dimensions estimates. The critical crossection of the fuselage is analyzed (stress analysis) and the system drawings is worked out.
Distributed ballistic recovery system design for GA and commuter aircraft
Šima, Dávid ; Jebáček, Ivo (referee) ; Popela, Robert (advisor)
The master's thesis is focused on the design of a ballistic system for a commuter aircraft and can serve as a feasibility study. At the beginning, the significance of the ballistic recovery system is demonstrated through a statistical overview. This is followed by a section that examines the ballistic system itself in terms of its construction, activation, and various associated rules. This is followed by a section on the characteristics and geometry of the parachute, which is essential for the design itself. The most crucial part of the thesis is the procedure for calculating the filling time and dynamic loads. Among the various possible methods, the most suitable calculation methods were verified and selected based on a specific case. Using these validated calculations, the loads on several possible parachutes were subsequently determined. The final part involves verifying the placement concept, for which the wing load at half-span was determined and compared with the dynamic load value of the proposed parachutes.
